In the spirit of the South Australian Nature Festival, it reminds us that nature is not something separate from us… it’s where we belong.

🌈 Workshop Overview:
Let’s explore the wonder of nature—not just with our eyes, but through the lens of light. In this joyful, hands-on workshop, kids will use any kind of camera (yes, even a shoebox or phone!) to slow down, look closer, and see how light, water, movement, and stillness all flow through the world around them. We’ll go on a photo safari through nearby gardens or green spaces, learn simple photography tricks, and discover how the way we see nature can help us feel more connected, calm, and creative.
🌀 Theme: Flow
From light dancing on water, to the breeze through branches, to the flow of our own breath and imagination—we’ll follow the idea of flow through photography. We’ll explore questions like:
How does light move through leaves?
Can you feel a photo?
What flows through your favourite place in nature?
